I always get the lemon pepper wings and they're pretty good. The crowd is diverse too. No craziness going on there. Lots of TVs to catch the games.
This was my first time at Baker's. I met some friends here. At first I was a little hesitant to eat here but my friend reassured me that the food was actually good. I was still like "we'll see about that". Parking wasn't too bad. Being that it's on the perimeter of Columbia Mall or what was Columbia Mall, there's parking surrounding the business. It wasn't too packed which was great. We walked in and sat ourselves at a table. The waitress came over and greeted us within a few minutes. I believe they have happy hour in the price of $3 for their house liquors. The drinks are made well. The menu had a bit of a variety and it was hard for me to choose what I wanted because everything seemed like it would be tasty. After placing an order, the salads came out within 10-15 minutes, then the appetizer and right after the entrées. The food was hot. I ordered the egg rolls and the sweet and spicy wings. I wish the appetizer, which were the egg rolls, would have came out sooner as they were warm than hot, but they were good and came with a specialty sauce. It had a light kick but was tasty. The wings were good and hot. The sweet and spicy sauce had a good taste. I wish they were crispier as I requested. The fries were so good! Hot and seasoned well. The salads looked great as well but I did not have those. Their chicken club sandwich looked good as well and my sister said it was delicious!
Nice hole in wall local bar. Wings are really good, beer is cold and bartenders pour good drinks. Enough TVs to see your sporting event of choice. Check it out!
Ashley and Tommy helped me today - 10/10 service! Very friendly / approachable atmosphere and wonderful food! I had the lemon pepper wings, a Long Island, & tequila w/ ginger ale. Amazing prices & quality of food & drinks. Happy Hour is 4 - 6:00pm Wed - Friday. Drinks were priced around $3 during happy hour. Food prices normally range from $6 - $15.00. Overall rating 10/10, best wings in Columbia! I will definitely be a regular!
